Financial
Stafford Dental Group follows the Manitoba Dental Association’s Fee Guide and accepts all forms of dental insurance. Your dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company and as such, you are responsible for your own account at our office. Our staff is happy to assist you with any questions you have and the completion of your insurance forms. Most insurance companies accept electronically submitted claims, including pre-authorizations for planned treatment. Due to the Personal Health Information Act (PHIA), many insurance companies will no longer allow us to obtain information on your behalf, please familiarize yourself with your plan so that we may expedite your claims for you.
Patients will be responsible for their account balances on the day treatment is provided.
